What does it cost?
One price per facility per month, with every feature included. Book a demo or start the trial and we'll walk you through the number for your property.
What happens when the trial ends?
Add a card in Billing to keep going. If you don't add a card on file, the console turns read-only and your data stays available to view and export for 90 days. Tenant payments to you keep working for three billing cycles.
Who holds the rent my tenants pay?
You do. Payments go through Stripe Connect into your own account. Card processing is billed by Stripe on your account, plus a small platform fee per payment.
How does SimpleShield work?
SimpleShield is our in-house tenant protection program, built into move-ins, online rentals, the tenant portal, and billing. You collect 100% of the protection fees your tenants pay. Each month, SimpleShield takes a fee of 50% of what was collected, so you keep the other 50%. Protection income and SimpleShield's fee post to your income statement, dashboard, and reports automatically.
Can you switch my existing protection plans to SimpleShield?
Yes. We convert your existing tenants' protection plans to SimpleShield with no hassle for you and no rate change for your tenants unless you choose one.
